Account name in Foul language

Noticing someone uses chinese foul language as account name, that's pretty sad. Here are two:

[1] 路姆西的故事 --------> 體驗會員
[2] 小你佬母西  ----------> 正式會員

Recently see at least two people using chinese foul language as account name
I don't think anyone would like to play with other players with such annoying account name, of coz it's upto the management to decide. A rule can be laid down, any account name consists of any foul language in any kind will be deleted without notice, account monetary means in any kind would be canceled without notice.
